Return & Refund Policy – Lismabeauty

At Lismabeauty, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Services (Hair, Makeup, Bridal)
All service bookings are non-refundable.

Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Hair Products (Wigs, Extensions, Bundle's

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return must be requested within 2 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Packaging must be intact

3. Non-Returnable Items

 

We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:

 

     •Used or worn hair products

  • Customized or altered wigs
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Bridal or event bookings

 

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • Proof (photo/video) is provided within 24 hours

5. Refunds (if applicable)

If your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refund will be issued via the original payment method or agreed alternative
